For UK mail we use "Royal Mail - First Class", and "Royal Mail Airmail" for all European orders.
If you have still not received your item after 14 days please let us know and we will resend your order.
Unfortunately we must wait 14 days due to Royal Mail policy.
In the event that Royal Mail return a parcel to us, the seller must pay any additional costs in resending the order.
Should there be any problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the details and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
